I’m Chuyi (pronounce as chewy 🍩), a UX/Product Designer who enjoys solving complex problems through human-centered approaches. Through projects in fraud prevention, service design, and digital platforms, I translate research insights into clear interfaces and systems that help people feel informed and supported. I’m particularly interested in how design can shape behavior and build trust at scale.

My academic background bridges business administration and social design, which shapes how I approach UX. Business training taught me to think strategically and align design with real-world constraints, while social design grounded me in qualitative research, participatory methods, and empathy-driven thinking. This interdisciplinary foundation allows me to connect user needs, stakeholder goals, and system-level impact in a thoughtful and structured way.

As an individual, I am compassionate and constantly ready to grasp new knowledge. I enjoy finding patterns in chaos and often get satisfaction from making things clearer - visually and conceptually. Outside of design, I have a long background in team-based activities like marching band and volleyball team, which shaped my collaborative mindset. I believe good design starts with curiosity, patience, and a bit of humor along the way. ✨
